Notification Regarding Suspected Case of COVID-19 in Our New York Health Center

The following email was sent today to all Goldman Sachs employees in our New York and New Jersey offices.

We have been notified that one of our medical providers, who is employed by Premise Health and works in the 200 West Street Health Center, is suspected to have contracted COVID-19. This provider worked in the health center on Friday afternoon, and began feeling ill on Saturday night, March 14.

Out of an abundance of caution, the health center will be closed on Monday, March 16 and will undergo an additional deep cleaning before reopening on Tuesday. The small number of employees who were seen in person during that time will be individually notified and instructed to stay out of the office and monitor their health.

During the time that the 200 West Street Health Center is closed, you can continue to schedule telehealth-visits to access care via MyPremiseHealth. The 30 Hudson Street Health Center remains open on a normal schedule.

When the health center reopens, in order to safeguard your health and the health of our healthcare providers, providers and all patients, regardless of symptoms, will be given a mask to wear during visits.

As always, your health and safety remain our top priority. If you have concerns about your health, please contact your primary care physician.  If you have any additional questions, contact Wellness Exchange Americas.

Please continue to visit the COVID-19 site on GSWeb for up-to-date guidance and resources.
