Our New Approach to Feedback

Providing high-quality and regular feedback is at the heart of our culture, and is an important investment we make in our people. 

Over the next year, the firm will adopt new feedback practices to focus further on the growth and development of our people. Initial changes will take effect starting in June with enhancements to our annual 360-degree feedback approach. Later this year, a new system to facilitate more real-time feedback will be piloted.
