Cars 2025: Change in the Fast Lane

The global automobile industry is entering a disruptive new era. Driven by technological advances, rising demand in emerging markets and  tighter emissions and safety standards around the world, manufacturers are reimagining how a car is designed and built – and what personal mobility means in the 21st century. At the Goldman Sachs Global Automotive Conference in London, we asked auto industry leaders about what they believed would be the biggest change in the automobile industry over the next decade.

We talk a lot about the Internet of Things, but take autonomous driving and add connectivity, you get the Internet of Cars. That will be the basis for new mobility concepts.
